Making living spaces affordable


Once you have become a member, you will be allocated a unit at 85% of the cost, but the remaining balance must be paid immediately. There are also additional charges for things like parking, water and power meters, and legal fees, which must be paid on time.

To maintain your membership, you will be required to make a minimum monthly contribution of 5000 Kenyan shillings per unit, not per person.

Our properties are developed with simple finishing only, but if you have any customization needs, these will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The company or a appointed management company will handle the management of common areas, and the service charge for the houses is 1500 Kenyan shillings per month per unit.

Steps to Join Digro Squared Investment Group
