Joining Fee

To be a member pay a joining fee of 3000/= using the pay bill 702876, with your ID as the account number

Unit Allocation

Members are allocated a unit at 85% of the total cost.

Final Unit Payment

Members must ensure that they complete all unit payments in order to fully own the house.

Title Processing

The title deed will be processed after a project, which may take 6 months to 1 year.
